The work consists of the contractor to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, supplies and equipment necessary to perform all operations of the solid waste collection and disposal function which includes the collection, storage, treatment, processing and final disposition of garbage, refuse and other discarded solid wastes, resulting from residential, industrial and commercial activities, from Government owned or contractor owned containers. Service contract is for twelve months base period with an option to extend yearly for a not to exceed amount of 60 months. The proposed contract listed here is unrestricted under SIC Code 4953.
