RUSSIAL, (215)697-9675 FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to competitively procure Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services at the Naval Hospital Pensacola, FL. The Contractor is to provide all laundry and dry cleaning services including pick up and delivery at the Naval Hospital. The Contractor shall comply with all certification and labelling requirements arising from local and state Department of Health regulations. The Contractor shall also comply with the requirements listed in the following manuals: Navy Environmental Health Center Technical Manual (NEHC-TM89-2 dtd January 1989), Volume III the APIC Curriculum for Infection Control Practice, and the Naval Hospital Pensacola Exposure Control Plan. The Contractor will establish and maintain a complete quality control program to assure the requirements of the contract are provided as specified. The Contractor will also be responsible for the quantity, handling and condition of all materials and equipment from date of acceptance to the end of the contract. The Contractor shall provide reports, data, messages and correspondences which relate directly to the contracted functions. A fixed price requirements type contract is contemplated and will provide for a one year base period of performance and up to four one year option periods. This is an Unresticted Procurement.
