Existing flow reflectors consist of timber and plywood, anchor bolted to the concrete fish ladder with steel bars. The flow deflectors consist of corner miters, mid wall deflectors and wall extensions. One set of weir inverts was raised with shaped timber pieces. The flow deflectors and weir will be replaced by formed and cast-in-place concrete, held in place by anchor bolts. In addition, pickets in the pool with the upstream diffuser, require modification. This modification involves removal of a plywood panel along the top of the pickets and replacement with an aluminum sheet. Installation of the work must be completed during the regular maintenance period for the fish ladder, when the ladder will be dewatered. Work shall be coordinated calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed and all work must be completed not later than February 28, 1996. Plans and specifications available on or about December 29, 1995 at $20 per set. Estimated range between $25,000 and $100,000. Approximate due dates for quotes is January 10, 1996 at 4:00 pm. This procurement is open to both large and small businesses. The small business size standard for this procurement is a concern, including all affiliates, with average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three years not in excess of 17,000,000.
