Provide labor, materials, equipment and other services necessary to construct an approximate 4,500 square foot addition to the Base Civil Engineering Facility. New construction shall match existing structure which consists of reinforced concrete foundation/floor slab, reinforced masonry walls and steel frame. In addition, alter approximately 10,000 square feet of the existing interior structure. Work also includes the addition of approximately 250 square feet and the alteration of approximately 3,750 square feet of an existing storage shed. All of the work described above is to be performed within the confines of the Tennessee Air National Guard, Memphis International Airport, Memphis, Tennessee. Performance time is 365 calendar days. The estimated construction cost is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available o/a 1 January 1996 with bid opening o/a 31 January 1996. A non-refundable cashiers check or money order (no company checks) made payable to the U.S. Treasury in the amount of $60.00 is required for plans and specifications.
