Contractor shall do all things necessary to manage and maintain all HUD-owned and Secretary-held single family properties in Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Cortland,Delaware, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, Otsego, St. Lawrence, Tioga, and Tompkins Counties in New York State. Offeror must demonstrate experience in management of single family properties and development of repair specifications and overseeing repair work. Contractor must establish an office within the contract area. Contract is for one year with options to renew for two additional one year terms. Packages shall be available Dec. 28, 1995 at HUD's New York Office. There will be a pre-proposal conference at the HUD Albany Office, 52 Corporate Circle, at 10:00 A.M., Jan. 12, 1996.
