The contractor shall provide a complete service program to maintain the Federal Employees Assistance Program which includes counseling service for dependents and/or employees whose social problems have an adverse impact on job performance. The Tulsa District employs approximately 1,200 persons covering Oklahoma, north Texas, and central Kansas. The contract will be for 1 year with an option to extend for 2 additional years. The total duration of the contract will not exceed 3 years. An advance non-refundable payment of $5 is required for each set of specifications. Send payment to the attention of Contracting Division.
