This notice is being made to generate interest in a tentative requirement for the provision of construction services to include all the necessary services, labor, material, equipment and control components required to install and make operable 3 warehouse sections of pallet storage in-rack wet sprinkler systems and conversion of 3 warehouse sections of associated existing dry ceiling sprinkler systems to wet sprinkler systems. Keep in mind that this is merely a general scope for informational purposes only and that the actual specifications will be provided in the solicitation package. It is expected that a pre-bid conference/site-visit will be scheduled for approximately midway through the solicitation period. This procurement has not set-aside restrictions and will be pursued on a full & open competitive basis. The estimated price range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
