The work shall include new electrical service, new HVAC system and asbestos removal. The total area to be renovated is approx. 14000 sq. ft. this includes a new mechanical room. The estimated construction cost for this project is between $500,000 - $1,000,000 dollars. The total area of consideration is restricted to a 250 mile radius of the Philadelphia VA Medical Center.
