Residential Community Sanctions Center. Concerns having the ability to
provide a Comprehensive Sanction facility and services for male and
female Federal offenders. Interested offerors are requested to give
written notification (including telephone number and a point of
contact) to the Contracting Officer listed in this notice. Services
required include care, custody, control, accountability, training
opportunities and treatment, to include furnishing subsistence and
medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical,
prescriptions, and dental treatment. Three programmatic components will
be required (Pre-Release Component, Community Corrections Component and
Home Confinement Component). These components and services described
shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of
Work. Location of facility shall be in the Tampa, Florida area.
Estimated number of mandays is 36,500 (29,200 males and 7,300 females)
for the base period. Estimated RFP issue date is o/a January 16, 1996.
Estimated closing date is o/a March 15, 1996. Contract base period is
two years, with three one-year options. Estimated number of mandays is
18,250 (14,600 males and 3,650 females) for option years one, two and
three to renew. A requirements contract is anticipated. All
responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. No
