The system will include the following applications:VA-S16 hardware, DHCP Refill, DHCP Appointment, and 4 line pulse tone converter. The system must be written fully in MUMPS, and use VA standard networking including DDP, LAT and ethernet. Reports must be in VA standard FileMan. Reports and system parameter changes must be available from any terminal or printer at the VAMC. The system must save transaction data withourt requiring periodic backups of the interactive computer. The system must be totally turnkey in nature and there must be no programming required by VA personnel. It is required that the DHCP appointment,and DHCP Refill applications be proven and operational at other VA Medical Centers.DHCP Refill must be proven and operational at the VA both with and without the Consolidated Mail Out Pharmacy (CMOP). This award is being made asa sole source procurement due to the proprietary nature of the software.No solicitation documents exist, requests for such a document will be considered nonresponsive. Interested parties must submit a capabilities statement, pricing, VA reference sites where these applications are in production, and information which delineates the ability to meet the stated requirements. If no written affirmative response is received within forty five days from the date of this notice, award will be made to MUMPS AudioFAX. No telephone requests will be honored .
