The Indian Health Service intends to negotiate solely with Roche Diagnostic Systems for the complete maintenance service for Roche Chemistry Analyzers at various Indian Health Service facilities located in the states of Idaho, Washington, and Oregon. Maintenance will include Preventive Maintenance Inspections, Corrective Maintenance, and Electrical Safety Inspections. The anticipated contract will be a firm fixed price contract using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The period of performance will be or three hundred sixty five (365) calendar days from date of award with one (1) option year. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
