This requirement is for the delivery and quality acceptance of a Tube Profiler capable of mapping a smooth 3.2 to 3.4 inch inside diameter of a tube 100 ft. long, and 2.47 to 2.70 inch inside diameter of a tube 70 ft. long. The system shall be capable of continuously mapping the bore craters and other tube irregularities. The system shall have the capability of storing, tabulating, and retrieving dimension and position measurement data electronically. The system shall be complete with all hardware and software for above functions and designed for portability, rugged use, and easy setup. The time for complete setup, mapping and takedown operations hall be no longer than one hour. The system shall have measurement accuracies of +/- 0.001 inch on crater depth and +/- 0.01 inch on length, width, and longitudinal location with a capability for displaying information in both cross-section and isometric format.
