Furnish all plant, labor, tools, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to construct Petroleum Operations Facility. Petroleum Operations Facility consists of administrative space, locker rooms, and fuels laboratory. Project includes but is not limited to: (1) General site work, (2) Concrete foundation with reinforced floor slab, (3) Structural steel frame with masonry walls, (4) Built-up and standing seam metal sloped roof, (5) Personnel doors, (6) Mechanical work, (7) Electrical work, (8) Laboratory fume hood, and (9) Fire detection system. All work must be completed within 360 calendar days after date of receipt of Notice to Proceed. The proposed project is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All General Contractors interested in bidding this project, must request in writing, an IFB package from; USPFO for Oklahoma, Attn: SSG Porter, 3535 Military Circle, Oklahoma City, OK 73111-4398.
