Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to constructa new lumber shed at building 33-C Bay, Defense General Supply Center, 8000 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Richmond, Virginia. Contractor shall build a 30' X 50' X 18' high at low end open front storage shed to include cement pad for same. Shed shall have a 3-foot overhand on the front for inclement weather. Excavation will be performe by the Government if needed and the contractor shall be responsible for backfilling, establishing grades and pouring foundation and pad for building. All metal used in building shall meet all Government and M.B.M.A. Standards or better. All side-eni and roof panels shall be of 26 guage steel or better and shall be Precision rolled formed and have a 36-inch net coverage. One end of building shall be built for expansion capability in the future. All work shall be accomplished IAW FAC Engr Div specification NO. Feo-0011/96.
