The selection is to be based upon recent specialized experience, professional qualifications of staff and/or consultants assigned the project. Area of consideration is restricted to a 200-mile radius from the City of Biloxi, MS. Construction cost estimate: $250,000 to $500,000. This is NOT a request for proposals.
