The Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS) is seeking professional medical inpatient and outpatient hospital services to be furnished to INS patients at not yet designated locations within a area of 100 miles from the U.S., Mexico Border, in the States of Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California. INS wishes to establish Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) with qualified firms for professional medical services in the fields of general and specialized medicine to include, but not limited to, internal medicine, nephrology dialysis, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, thoracic surgery, cardiovascular surgery, oral surgery, neurology, neurosurgery, detoxification, psychiatry, radiology, cardiology, gastroenterology, dermatology, pulmonary medicine, urology, vascular surgery, infectious diseases, nuclear medicine, outpatient physical therapy, ophthalmological evaluations and surgery, professional services, plastic and reconstructive surgery, pathology, and anesthesiology.
