The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Washington intends to procure home oxygen services for the Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, VA. This will be a five year (base year with four one year options) Indefinite Quantity Contract. This requirement will be a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The oxygen services consists of (oxygen concentration, gas cylinder or liquid supply in the appropriate mannner to include the following: (A) disposable humidifier; (B) tubing connectors; (C) extension tubing; (D) cannula; (E) emergency supply of oxygen with a mininum of 24 hour supply in case of power failure; (F) a cylinder regulator and stand must be available for the back-up supply of oxygen; (G) alarm system; (H) portable oxygen. Joint commission of accreditation of hospital organization certificate is required. Note 1 applies. Solicitation may or may not be issued within 30 days. (0363)
