Contractor to provide and install one handicap accessible chair lift per the following specifications: Vandal-stop protection, redi-ramp safety indicator, touch-power controls, under-platform touch sensitive plate, under hanger touch sensitive plate, touch sensitive ramp, platform emergency stop switch, platform key switch attendant hand control system, two keyed call stations, ASME/CSA safety compliance, choice of Standard colors, all fasteners and anchors, shop drawings, prepaid land freight, handrail (pedestrian, at appropriate code height) emergency alarm (on cab), emergency remote alarm, towers for mounting rail, platform lock, 1220 platform, spe platform, folding seat, grab rails (provided at platform) 208AC single phase, 450 lb load capacity (with min. 5 times safety factor), ramp operated electrically in sequence with correct safety arm and only when platform is unfolded and at rest at landing. Requests for RFQ's must be in writing only. Chair is to be delivered and installed at the Federal Correctional Institution, 37900 N. 45th Avenue, Dept. 1680 Phoenix, AZ 85207.
