70 -- RENEWAL OF SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE POC Theresa Humphries, Purchasing Agent, (202) 219-1152 The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission intends to award sole source to Sterling Software, (Southern) Inc., 3340 Peachtree Road N.E., Atlanta, GA 30326-1050 a contract for the maintenance on KEY application development workstations as follows: (9) Key Design; (9) Key Plan; (9) Key Analyze; (4) Key Construct MVS; (1) Key Rapid; and (1) Document. The maintenance period will be for FY 96. No solicitation document exists. All interested parties shall respond by submitting detailed technical capability which demonstrates the ability to meet the above requirement. Further, all responsible sources shall submit pricing data and reference applicable GSA schedule Contract Number by forwarding a detailed technical response with pricing information within 15 calendar days of this notice. All request must be in writing to Attn: Theresa Humphries and reference EADP96-056. No telephone responses will be considered. As a result ofanalyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the Vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of this solicitation. If no affirmative written response are received within 15 calendar days after publication of this synopsis to the affect that comparable source is available or is more advantageous to the Government than purchasing from Sterling Software, (Southern) Inc., a contract will be placed.
