The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to enter into a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for the issuance of the purchase orders under N00024-96-G-5217 with Loral Corporation of Great Neck, NY. The purchase orders shall be for spare and repair parts for existing MK 92 Fire Control Systems (FCS). Loral is the designer, developer and sole producer of the FCS MK 92 and has sole licensing agreement from Signaal to manufacture FCS MK 92 in the U.S. The period of performance will be thorough 28 April 1997.
