The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to enter into a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-96-G-5217 with Loral Corporation of Great Neck, NY. The purchase orders shall be for the materials and services required to repair (including emergency repair) of the MK 92 FCS. Loral is the designer, developer and sole producer of the FCS MK 92 and has sole licensing agreement from Signaal to manufacture FCS MK 92 in the U.S. The period of performance will be through 28 April 1997.
