S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to issue an unrestricted solicitation for guestservices at the National Education Training Center (NETC) located at Shepardstown, WestVirginia. The NETC operates 52 weeks per year. The NETC has 16 buildings totaling 399,331square feet. Buildings include: 100 dormitory rooms; front office; dining room; kitchen;museum; classrooms; water and sewage treatment plant; day care center; laboratories;administrative buildings; physical training building and common use space. The contractor shallprovide all the management, administrative and technical support for the following functions:facilities management; complete dining room services, including food preparation and service ofthree meals per day, front desk operation; facility monitoring; building and mechanicalmaintenance and repair services; student laundry/dry cleaning; pest control; window cleaning;and housekeeping. Excluded services are janitorial, security, groundskeeping, and trash removal.The proposed contract will have a base year with four one year options.
