MacDill AFB has a requirement to lease one (1) each 36' x 60' triple-wide trailer and (2) each 24' x 56' double-wide modular office trailers. Units shall be minimum double axle type and shall have standard 8' ceilings with R-19 insulation and 2'' x 4'' wall framing (16'' on center), with R-11 insulation. All units shall have two (2) each half restrooms, light beige vinyl covered interior finish, dark brown 26 oz. level loop commercial grade carpeting, steel exterior doors, solid core wooden interior doors, and solid glass bronze framed windows. Electrical systems shall consist of smoke alarms, light fixtures, telephone jacks, duplex wall receptacles, air conditioning, 10 KW ducted heat, and 200 Amp main panels with grounding. All units shall have mansard style roof trim with overhangs. Exterior finishes shall be two-tone beige/brown T-111 siding. All units shall be complete to include delivery, set-up, tie-down, leveling, and pre-cast concrete stairs with handrails for all exterior doors. All exterior doors shall be wind/water protected and have panic hardware. All exit doors shall have Emergency Exit lights. Trailers shall not be over two (2) years old and must be in a sanitary, habitable condition. Contract will contain a base period and four (4) option years. SIC is 7519; small business size standard is $5.0M average annual receipts over the past 3 years. (Above that average qualifies as a large business; below that average qualifies as a small business). This acquisition is being considered for a 100 percent small business (SB) set aside. If adequate interest is not received from SBs, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice. Currently there is no contract for this service.
