The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Patuxent River, St. Inigoes, Maryland has a requirement for engineering and technical services to support Navy, Army, Air Force, Joint Services, and other agencies electronic communication systems, and subsystems. This includes electronic communication systems design, development integration, test and evaluation, installation, certification, maintenance, and logistics support. These systems support various programs such as, Naval Special Warfare, Special Operation Forces and other Federal Agencies. These systems include shipboard transportable, mobile, aircraft/airborne, weapon systems, and the fixed shore terminations of such systems. These services are currently being obtained via contract N00140-94-C-XX03 (changed from N00140-91-C-ABOO due to administrative requirements). The anticipated period of performance is 1 June 1996 through 31 May 2001. A Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract is anticipated. This is a 100% set-aside for Small Business. The Standard Industrial Code is 8711. A Pre-Proposal Conference is planned for February 1996 (The exact date, time, and place will be specified in the solicitation).
