The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Program Support Center (PSC), Employee Assistance Program (EAP) has a three-year requirement (one-year plus two one-year option periods) for services of one EAP counselor to provide counseling onsite to approximately 4,000 DHHS employees located in five buildings occupied by the DHHS. Services include providing information, assessment and referral or short term counseling, management consultation and crisis interventions as well as assistance to workgoups coping with change and reorganization. It is anticipated that oral presentations will be considered in lieu of written proposals, and that award may be made without discussions. Anticipated release date is January 29, 1996.
