(1) VOR waterine Extension: Project consists of a new waterline extension. Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, and labor required for a complete installation as described in the contract documents. This shall include complete site work to the limits described, trench and backfill, boring, and connecting of service to existing facilities being served. Completion time for this effort 90 days after notice to proceed. (2) VOR to ILS Telecommunication Ductbank: Project consists of a new communication ductbank with all appurtenances. Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, and labor necessary for a complete installation as described in the contract documents. This shall include complete site work to the limits described, trench and backfill, manhole concrete encased ductbank and copper and fiber optic cable to connected to existing infrastructure systems. All of this shall provide a complete and functionally communication system of the Landing System Training Complex. Construction site is the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Government Construction estimate for this entire project is between $250,000 and $500,000. SIC Code 1542 - $17.0 million. Solicitation shall be requested by facsimile (405) 954-9219 or in writing. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates up to $500,000 per contract to provide accounts receivable financing. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program enables firms to apply for bid, performance and payment bonds up to $500,000 per contract. DOT provides an 80 percent guaranty on the bond amount to a surety against losses.
