The following information is provided to do a market survey of industry to see if there are any potential contractors in addition to AAI Engineering Support, Inc., Hughes Training Inc., Link Division, or Loral Training & Tech Services who have the skills and knowledge required to accomplish continuation of on-site/on-call Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for the EF-111A Simulator System (SS), Training System Support Center (TSSC), and all associated equipment. The acquisition will include CLS and TSSC for one basic year with four additional option years. Any sources interested in this synopsis shall describe their qualifications in the following areas: 1. Current and past experience on all training devices addressed above and it's relevance to the subject acquisition. 2. Objectives: Define and manage the operation, maintenance and logistics support of the EF-111A SS/TSSC at Cannon AFB, NM, and provide CLS for the EF-111A Operational Flight Trainer (OFT), and Squadron Level Devices. 3. Personnel Experience/Qualifications: Provide qualified EF-111A personnel for management, modification, maintenance, technical and engineering support of the EF-111A SS and the TSSC.
