Work will be as required in accordance with plans and specifications and partially encompasses the following work: Roofing repair and replacement shall be complete in all aspects and shall result in waterproof membrane. The Contractor shall replace complete sections of build-up and EPDM roofs as directed. Contractor shall replace shingle roofs as directed. The Contractor shall repair sections of built-up roofs by line items of work listed, and overlay shingle roofs as directed. Proposed contract will be a firm fixed price requirements type contract.
