Process Water Chiller, which shall be 250,000 BTU and be able to maintain process water temperatures down to 40 degrees F. The heat exchangers shall be liquid to liquid with a 35 gallon per minute at 130 PSI minimum capacity on the process water side. The process water side shall be easily cleanable without losing cooling medium. The condenser shall be air cooled. The unit shall be wired to operate on 208 volts, 60 cycle, three phase. The temperature from the heat exchangers needs to be individually controlled ranging from 40 to 70 degrees F, controlled to a plus or minus 2 degrees F. This acquisition is 100 percent set aside for small business. Delivery and inspections to assure compliance with all contract requirements are to be included.
