This is a service contract to provide property insepctions for properties assigned to the REAM contractor. These are single family properties which are owned by and/or in the custody of HUD. These inspections include, but not limited to, complete exterior and interior inspections to determine value of the property and cost of any repairs. Inspections of the properties to determine if the repairs have been completed. These properties are located in St. Louis City; St. Louis, St. Charles, Lincoln, Warren, Franklin and Jefferson counties, Missouri. The performance time under this contract will be for a period of one base year plus one option year. This procurement is 100 percent Small Business Set-aside.
