Work under this project includes all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to renovate dormitories, including demolition work, installation of new finishes, bathrooms, electrical service, mechanical units and kitchen facilities. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This is a non refundable charge of $35.00 for each solicitation set.
