Contractor to furnish all labor, supplies, equipment and materials necessary to erect three designed, pre-engineered, shop fabricated, structural steel building systems at the Fort Irwin Maintenance Facility, Fort Irwin, California (San Bernardino County). Work includes, but is not limited to, performing demolition and excavation of existing concrete and asphalt pavement, capping of identified utilities, and removal of exterior building fixtures, install steel reinforced concrete column footings. Work also includes, furnishing and installation of air compressor, refrigerated air dryer, air piping, disconnect switches, electrical panel board, grounding, conduit, wires, circuit breakers, light fixtures, timer switches, plug and receptacle outlets and painting. The estimated construction cost is between one to five million. This solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or about 16 Feb 96. This procurement is unrestricted.
