The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to identify potential offerors for an firm fixed price contract for replacement of the SCADA system at various locations on Oahu, Hawaii. The solicitation is a performance specification that represents the Government's minimum requirements. The contractor is responsible for and shall provide overall coordination and design of construction details (100% design drawings, shop drawings, etc.) and ensure satisfactory completion of a fully functional system covered under this contract.
