Preventive maintenance will be performed at least quarterly and remedial maintenance will be on an ''as needed'' basis. Maintenance will be charged on a monthly rate and on a per copy basis as a meter charge. Response time for remedial maintenance calls is nine working hours after notification by the government. The days and hours of service are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays, from 0800 to 1700. Period of Performance: 1 July 96 through 30 June 97.
