The requirement in general is for indefinite quantity contracts for repairs and alterations in various Postal Service in States of Montana and Utah. Offerors may submit a proposal in one or both states. Work may include any items detailed in the Unit Price Schedule. Offerors will be required to submit a Multiplier that will apply equally to all unit line items. Multiple awards may be made. The term of the contract shall be for two years, with a maximum value of $1,000,000. The initial contract value shall be $250,000, and the Postal Service reserves the option to increase the potential value of the contract in increments of $250,000. Additional consent of surety will be required for each incremental increase. Solicitation packages will be available on or about February 22, 1996 for a non-refundable fee of $20.00.
