S -- PROVIDE SECURITY GUARD SERVICES AT THE ATF LABORATORY AND WHEATON PLAZA Sol GS-11P-96-MPC-0504. Provide security guard services at the ATF Laboratory and Wheaton Plaza, Wheaton, MD for a period of one year with the Government having the unilateral option to extend services for four (4) consecutive additional periods of one year each. The solicitation issue date will be on or about February 13, 1996. This procurement is totally set aside for small businesses. Services are expected to begin on or about July 1, 1996, and continue through June 30, 1997. There is a bid guarantee required in an amount equal to 20% of the initial year price.
