The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has a requirement for the development of a course to assist pavement management engineers and State highway agencies to better utilize available pavement condition data in making decisions relating to pavement maintenance, design, and rehabilitation. The contractor selected for this effort will be required to research current pavement management systems being used by the states, develop a 3 to 4 day course presentation, and conduct a series of courses to audiences from various State Highway Agencies. This requirement is 100 percent set-aside for small business. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by FHWA.
