The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) solicits proposals to study new mission concepts for the subdisciplines of space physics, namely, cosmic rays, Sun and the heliosphere, magnetospheres of the solar system, and the Earth's ionosphere, mesosphere, and thermosphere. Participation in this program is open to all categories of organizations including educational institutions, profit and nonprofit institutions, NASA Centers, and other Government agencies.
