The work to be performed under this project involves the renovation of the medical/dental spaces in Building No. 21, the installation of emergency generators for Buildings Nos. 21 and 22 (2 total), and the removal and disposal of asbestos containing-materials from pipes, fittings and mechanical equipment in Buildings Nos. 21, 25, and 26. The asbestos work includes the re-insulation with non- asbestos insulation for piping and mechanical systems at the Guthrie Job Corps Center in Guthrie, Oklahoma. Construction time is scheduled for 196 calendar days to substantial completion. The estimated cost range for construction is between $250,000 to $500,000. The non-refundable fee shall not exceed the actual cost of duplication of the IFB documents plus COD charges. A Pre-bid walk-through is scheduled for March 7, 1996, at 2:00 P.M. local time.
