Sutton, Subcontract Administrator, (609) 243-2441, Fax (609) 243-2021 PPPL, a US Department of Energy Prime Contractor proposes to procure, for delivery by 1 October 1996, approximately 66 High Power C-Band Phase Shifters to be used in a high power microwave plasma heating system. General requirements are a center frequency = 4.6GHz, power level = 50kW for a 5 second pulse, 400 degree phase adjustment range, motorized drive and less than 0.15dB insertion loss.
