23 September 1996 for sixty-three (63) days. The work will be
performed at Vessel homepier, Pier Papa Charleston, SC. There will be
a non-refundable charge of $100.00 in the form of a money order or
certified check made payable to the U.S. Coast Guard for requested
drawings - publications. Orders must be place within ten (10) days of
solicitation issuance. The proposed contract listed here is part of the
Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. All responsible
sources may submit a Bid which shall be considered by The United States
