Conduct surface observation and flight folder programs at the San Francisco, CA, International Airport on a 24 hour per day, 7 day per week basis. The Contractor shall be responsible for taking documenting and disseminating basic surface weather observations. All station personnel must be certified or certifiable by the National Weather Service. The Contractor shall also be responsible for distribution of flight folders. Monthly distribution is estimated to be 1,000 folders per month. The scheduled commencement date for services is April 1, 1996.
