The Office of Justice Programs intends to modify on a sole source basis Contract OJP-94-C-008, entitled Professional Conference Series Contract, with the Institute for Law and Justice. The modification will incorporate additional conference support requirements into Years 2 and 3 of the contract. The contract is currently in it second year. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
