Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to: Install a new steel sheet pile cutoff wall along the pier apron; Repair pavements and excavation needed for construction to install a new above ground fuel tank; and Remove two underground diesel storage tanks at U.S. Coast Guard Group Philadelphia, PA. Additive Item will be to provide additional cutoff wall and relocate affected lighting and electrical service along the new cutoff wall in front of the Marine Safety Office Building, Philadelphia, PA. This procurement is estimated between $500K and $1M and is open to large and small businesses under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The applicable SIC Code is 1629.
