This CBD announcement published 5 February 1996 is modified to read as follows: This is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract used to acquire real property repair, maintenance, and minor construction at Fort Chaffee, Arkansas. Delivery orders will be on an ''as needed'' basis. The base contract will be from date of award until 30 September 1997, with four option periods of one year each. The estimated maximum dollar value of the contract is $2,000,000 for the basic contract period and each option period, with a guaranteed minimum quantity of work of $100,000 for the basic contract period and each option period. Fort Chaffee is scheduled for closure as a result of the 1995 Base Realignment and Closure Law. Contract administration of option periods may be transferred to another Government agency. If a subcontracting plan is required, the following minimum subcontracting goals will be applicable: Small Business Subcontracting - 53% (includes small disadvantaged and woman-owned businesses) of the contractor's total intended subcontracted amount, Small Disadvantaged Business Subcontracting - 9% of the contractor's total intended subcontracted amount (includes Historically Black Colleges or Universities/Minority Institutions), Women Owned Small Business Subcontracting - 3% of the contractor's total intended subcontracted amount, and Historically Black Colleges or Universities/Minority Institutions - 5% of the contractor's total intended subcontracted amount. Estimated magnitude of work is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00.
