The estimated cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. SIC code is 1542. The work includes the demolition of 80 lf of gypsum/stud wall; removal of 150 lf of 5/8'' paneling on furring strips, installing new doors, associated electrical work, constructing new walls, installing new carpet and acoustical ceiling, painting and incidental related work. The work is divided into two (2) phases with each phase having 14 calendar days to complete. All work must be completed by May 15, 1996.
