Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue an order under Basic
Ordering Agreement N00019-93-G-0179 with Texas Instruments,
Incorporated (TI), PO Box 660246, M/S 3137, Dallas, TX 75266-0246. This
order provides the reprogramming of the High Speed Anti-Radiation
Missile (HARM) from Block II to Block III for Korea. TI is the
designer, developer, and sole producer of the HARM weapon system, and
the only firm possessing the knowledge and intimate familiarity of the
HARM system to meet this requirement. See note No. 22 - NAVAIR
