99 -- PARKING SPACES POC Delphine Bryant, Contract Specialist, 202-283-1139. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a purchase order for parking spaces. The IRS requires 25 parking spaces for the disabled and official vehicles within the general proximity of the Internal Revenue Service Building, 1111 Constitution Avenue, N.W., Washington, DC. The parking facility must be handicap accessible to elevators and/or ramps. It also must be within two (2) blocks of a Metro Station. Hours requested are Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. No holidays or weekends. Period requested is from March 1, 1996 to September 30, 1996. All responsible sources who can provide and meet the above requirements shall submit written quotations, with your Company's capability statement and pricing information, by February 29, 1996. No solicitation will be issued, therefore such requests for solicitations will be considered non responsive. Evaluation/Award will be based on the lowest over all cost to the government, considering price and other technical features, such as, ability to provide access for handicapped employees. An award is expected to be made approximately March 1, 1996. All questions must be submitted in writing and received by facsimile or mail.
