The project provides repairs and alterations to eliminate moisture ingress and water intrusion, correct HVAC system deficiencies, and repair mold, mildew, and moisture damage at the Temporary Lodge Facility, MCAS Beaufort, SC. Architectural work includes replacement of wall partitions, wall covering, ceilings, and bathroom tiles. Mechanical work includes replacing guest room heat pump units, repairs to the bathroom exhaust system, and a new make- up air system and its associated chilled water plant. Construction of the project will be phased. NOTICE: THIS SOLICITATION IS ADVERTISED AS UNRESTRICTED. Estimated cost is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00.
