Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract to furnish and deliver liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG), in accordance with ASTM D 1835 ``special duty propane'' and rental of LPG tanks. Base year: 01 March 1996 thru 30 September 1996. Option year: 01 October 1996 thru 30 September 1997. Offerors may offer varying unit prices for option which differ from the unit prices for the basic requirement. All tanks will rest on concrete pads or blocks which will elevate the tanks approximately 3'' above the grade. Blocks are to be supplied by the gas contractor. Tanks to be filled at time of placement. Government responsible for level and plumb tank placement site. Site visits available and encouraged prior to bid.
